Facade cladding

WOODEN CASING
The experience we have gained in working with thermally treated wood has allowed us to expand our product range to include exterior cladding and interior wood paneling. Facades, windows and doors, and wood paneling define the interior and exterior, uniting them with the same material.
We work with designers to create elements tailored specifically to each project. We use heat-treated spruce and ash sourced from sustainably managed forests—materials that withstand the elements and the test of time without the use of chemicals. The result is a unique product that reflects the character and style of the project.
HEAT-TREATED WOOD
Above a critical threshold of 165°C, the chemical structure of the wood undergoes a permanent change at the molecular level: the hemicelluloses degrade, the sugar compounds that feed fungi and molds are eliminated, the ability to absorb water is drastically reduced, and dimensional stability increases significantly. This is not a surface treatment applied after processing, but a transformation that penetrates the entire cross-section of the material, giving it a biological durability comparable to that of tropical woods—without the addition of any chemicals.

The color is a direct result of the process: a color palette determined entirely by heat, not by pigments. With prolonged exposure to the elements, the wood changes color uniformly—a predictable progression that is inherent to the nature of the material.
WOOD SPECIES

We work with three local wood species, all sourced from sustainably managed forests. The choice between them is not merely a matter of aesthetics—each species has its own distinct visual character, which heat treatment enhances and stabilizes.
ASH
The most distinctive finish, available in two shades depending on the heat treatment. Medium-heat-treated ash features warm, inviting tones, with a clearly visible grain and a balanced textural presence. Intense-heat-treated ash evokes shades of chocolate and tobacco, with a pronounced, decorative grain that dominates the surface. Suitable for facades with a strong architectural presence.
FIR TREE
The most versatile wood grain. It features a regular grain and warm tones, ranging from honey and amber to caramel. It works equally well on continuous surfaces, intricate patterns, and complex details.
POPLAR
Uniform appearance and subtle grain. After treatment, it produces a light, even finish that blends naturally with the neutral surfaces of contemporary architecture.
EXTERNAL CLADDINGS
Thermally treated wood siding becomes a custom-tailored garment that envelops and defines the intended architecture. The facade is designed panel by panel, with the layout planned into coordinated elements ready for installation. Detail is not an afterthought—it is the essence of the project.
