It reimagines the classic form of the wooden window, incorporating internal and external coplanarity and slimmer profiles. The all-glass edge is covered by a frame attached with hidden fasteners; the exposed parts can be removed for off-site maintenance without compromising functionality. It builds on the concept of “sacrificial wood,” a construction philosophy that extends the product’s useful life, making it nearly everlasting.

The dimensions of the components are kept to a minimum, with 20% more glass surface area than the original. Hidden dowels and joints result in a door with a front profile of just 55 mm. A 25-mm frame is mounted along the outer edge of the glass.

74mm-thick visible sash; the outer frame is fitted with hidden hinges, accessible only when the sash is open. Three weatherstrips and 12mm of cork composite. Thanks to its design, it can accommodate single-pane glass up to 52mm-thick double-pane glass.
