THE PROJECT
Designed by More, the house appears from the outside as a clean-lined volume nestled in the greenery. The facades are defined by the interplay of solid and void created by large sliding sunshades in bronzed aluminum; the color palette, featuring warm, dark earth tones, blends naturally into the surrounding greenery. The attention to detail centered on the need to construct the walls using prefabricated elements: a process that required the design of insulated subframes to be installed prior to the concrete pour, in positions that would stabilize the perimeter of the opening without compromising the continuity of the insulation layer.

THE WINDOWS
Our “Versatile” model is made of “oil-finished
oak” on the interior, while the exterior is clad
in bronzed aluminum. The same finish is used
for the large sliding sunshades with horizontal
slats.
The raw texture of the concrete contrasts with the precise geometry of the sliding sunshades. The shading system protects interior privacy and regulates sunlight, preventing overheating in the summer.

THE INTERIORS
Inside, the lines are clearly defined; two full-height sliding doors,
with a concealed telescopic track and recessed handle,
serve as both a functional and decorative element.
They too are made of “oil-finished natural oak.”
