THE PROJECT
A 1970s apartment in Milan. A fragmented floor plan, 155 square meters. Atelierzero chose not to adapt what already existed, but to start from scratch: partitions were demolished, and the space was redesigned as an open, continuous domestic landscape. Two connected units—the main apartment and an adjacent studio—unified by a shared color scheme and materials. The hallway, reimagined as a portico, ceases to be a transit space and becomes the focal point of the entire sequence.

In the adjacent study, Versatile Originale in chalk white lacquer. Same geometry, light finish to harmonize with a richer color palette of brick red and midnight blue, while maintaining consistency with the main apartment.
