On October 15, 2025, Zen essenziale was selected for the ADI Design Index 2025 and is now a candidate for the ADI Compasso d'Oro Award 2026.

COMPASSO D'ORO
The Compasso d'Oro is the oldest and most prestigious international design award, established in 1954. The ADI Design Index is the only official pathway to the award: each year, the ADI Permanent Design Observatory collects submissions of Italian design and selects the most significant projects. This year, 344 projects were selected, spread across numerous categories. zen essenziale was selected in the Materials and Technological Systems Design category.
The presentation took place at the ADI Design Museum in Milan, a venue that will also serve as the setting for the next phase: Zen will be on display at the museum during Milan Art Week and Milan Design Week, remaining open to the public until the Compasso d'Oro awards ceremony, scheduled for June 2026 to coincide with the Salone del Mobile. The journey will conclude in the fall of that same year, when the exhibition—and Zen—will arrive at the MAXXI in Rome.
